Bayan is a small Tunisian workshop convinced that every day deserves well-made things.
How it began
Bayan started in a small kitchen, around a first cover, a first ruled line and a first piece we were proud of. We wanted a booklet that was sturdy, pleasant to write in and beautiful — and since we could not find one, we made it.
Even today every booklet passes through our hands: choosing the paper, setting the ruling, preparing the cover, then checking it before it is wrapped and sent to you. No automated line, no middlemen.
The craft
We choose acid-free paper, water-resistant covers and considered details, so your piece survives years of daily use.
